 2. class passenger coach series Bdmpeer

2nd Class passenger coach series Bdmpeer – with three passenger compartments and
stands for bicycle transport, central energy source and air-conditioning unit – is designed
in such away to meet requirements of international transport and interoperability. Internal
area of the coach is split into two entrance areas (on both sides of the coach) and saloon
passenger area that is approximately in the 1/3 or 2/3 of the coach separated by glass
partition walls and sliding glass door to three separate compartments. Entrance to the
coach is possible through four electro-pneumatic presliding door. Passage between the
coaches is through double-wing electro-pneumatic end door. Entrance to the saloon area
from both entrance areas is through single-wing electro-pneumatic interior door. Toilet with
enclosed waste system is situated in both entrance areas.

In the saloon area there are situated the double-seats arranged opposite each other with
an aisle passing through the middle of the coach. Above the seats there are situated
luggage racks with built-in individual lighting, emergency lighting and loudspeakers of radio
equipment. Between the double-seats there are situated the extension tables under the
window. Close to interior door (from both sides of the coach) there are installed the
interconnected stands intended for 6 pcs of bicycles in total. In the ceiling interior part
above glass partitions there are situated four electronic information panels. From the
external side of the coach close to the right entrance door there are situated external
direction boards of an electronic information system. Supply of the coach with electric
power is provided from the train high-voltage line by means of central energy source. The
coach is equipped with bogies with disc and magnetic track brake. The units being fixed
under the base frame are covered with cover on both sides.
In term of climatic and geographic conditions the coaches can be operated in the
temperature range of –25°C to +40°C up to 1400 m altitude and average annual relative
air humidity up to 75 %.
The coach is intended for driving on the tracks with 1435 mm track gauge in the train set with
the train high-voltage line and air-distribution through the main pipe and feed pipe. Strength
parameters of the coach correspond to P1 category according to STN EN 12663.

1. class passenger coach of type Ampeer

The 1. class passenger saloon air-conditioned coach of the type Ampeer is designed so as to meet the requirements of international transport and interoperability.
Internal area of the coach is divided into two entrance areas and area for passengers with saloon arrangement. The saloon compartment is divided into two parts by means of partition walls.
An entrance to the coach is possible through four automatic pre-sliding doors. The passage between coaches is possible through double-wing automatic sliding doors. An entrance to saloon compartment from both entrance areas is possible through automatic sliding interior doors. The toilette with closed system is situated in both entrance areas. In an entrance area on the side of hand brake there are litter-bins for assorted waste situated.

In the saloon compartment there is a row of double-seats that are arranged opposite each other with folding table and row of single-seats that are arranged opposite each other with fixed table, with an aisle going through the middle of passenger coach. An integrated luggage racks with inbuilt individual lighting, emergency lighting and loudspeakers of radio equipment are situated above the row of double-seats and single-seats.
The supply of the coach with electric energy is provided from continuous high voltage line by means of central energy source. The coach is equipped with SF 300-3S/MG bogies with disc and magnetic track brake. An aggregates fixed under the base frame are covered with cover on both sides.
In terms of climatic and geographic conditions the coaches can be operated within temperature range from -25oC up to +40oC up to 1400 m height above sea level and average annual relative air humidity up to 75 %.

The car is intended for running on tracks with track gauge of 1435 mm in the set with continuous line and air distribution by main and supply piping. The strength parameters of the car conform to P1 category according to STN EN 12 663.

In the saloon compartment with an aisle passing through the middle of the car there are rows of double-seats arranged opposite each other with large folding table situated. An entrance into the saloon compartment from the entry part of the coach is provided by shifting doors with an electropneumatic control.The hygienic module with a vacuum toilet system is located in the entry part of the coach.The 3-system central voltage source provides electric power supply of the coach. Heating, cooling and ventilation are provided by an air-condition unit. Bogies “Görlitz V” with block brakes are modernized into bogies with disc brake “Görlitz Vk” for the speed of 160 km/h. When required, different type of bogie could be installed.

Thanks to improvements to the design, new layout and interior, renewed coach incorporates some of latest industry safety modifications and it is bringing significant benefits to passengers in the express trains. There is one line of double seats and one line of single seats separated one from another by a gangway in the middle of the coach. Six boxes, separated by glass walls, are created in the front part of the coach. The passenger coach of the type Apeer is made in compliance with all related regulations of UIC Standards for passenger coaches and their individual construction parts and can be assigned for RIC operation.

Passenger car series ARmpee

The passenger car series ARmpee61 from manufacturer ŽOS Vrútky a.s. is intended especially for European long-distance transport on all tracks of standard 1 435 mm track gauge with RIC supply voltage. The car is designed in such a way so as to meet the requirements of international transport at the same time with meeting of valid standards of interoperability for noise – related to persons with reduced mobility – except for persons using wheelchair and to meet the safety requirements in the railway tunnels for A category in term of fire safety, after delivery of fire detector and communication interconnection in the train set by customer.
An internal area of the car is split as follows:

  • entrance area on the side with hand brake – with toilet for personnel and storage premises;
  • kitchen and bistro compartment (buffet compartment);
  • 1st class compartment for seating passengers split in respective boxes;
  • entrance area on the side without hand brake – with toilet for passengers.

An entrance to car is possible through four pre-sliding doors. The passage between cars is through double-wing sliding door. The passenger compartment is split by partition wall in two parts. The seats are arranged 2+1, whereby the seats are always arranged 2+2 opposite each other, eventually 1+1 opposite each other. There is a folding table between seats. Next to seats from the side there are situated sockets of electric distribution 230 V, 50 Hz for power supply of electric apparatus. Between the seats there is passable longitudinal aisle. The luggage racks are above seats on both sides of rack. Individual lighting is inbuilt in the luggage racks. The supply of the car with electric energy is provided from continuous high-voltage line by means of central energy source. The car is equipped with original modified GP 200S bogies with disc brake and magnetic track brake.
The car is also suitable for operation on the tracks with many tunnels (with pressure resistance of car) (p). In term of conditions for power of air-conditioning device the cars can be operated in temperature range from -25°C to +40°C up to 1400 m altitude (class 1, according to ÈSN EN 50125-1) and average annual relative air humidity up to 75%.

Passenger car series WG (WGmeer)

The passenger party car with bistro compartment and dance compartment from manufacturer ŽOS Vrútky a.s. has been created by reconstruction of original car series BRcm and is designed in such a way so as to meet the requirements of international transport and interoperability for noise.
An internal area of car is split in two entrance areas (on both car ends), bistro compartment and dance compartment.
In the bistro part there is situated bar desk with handle and three bar chairs. Behind the desk there are inbuilt stainless-steel sink, tapster device, washing machine for glass, two drawer fridges, shelf for menu and stainless-steel boxes for storage of kitchen utensils and goods.
The dance compartment is situated in the interior from the side with hand brake. Next to partition wall separating entrance area and interior there is “separate music area”, where there are situated the devices for music reproduction (mixing desk, CD player, microphone and amplifier). The loudspeakers are situated on the sidewall in the dance compartment.

Under the windows in the entire length of dance compartment there is situated stowage desk with handle.
In case of request it is possible to equip the car as conference car. For this purpose 6 pcs of conference tables are being made for car that can be arranged under the window in two rows with 3 pcs of conference tables in each row or as separate large conference table situated in the longitudinal axis of the car on the side next to bistro part. For conference tables there are prepared armchairs that are freely lying and their placement depends on placement of conference tables.
An entrance to dance compartment from both entrance areas is through revolving door. In the entrance area at the end of car with hand brake there is situated toilet with closed system, hand brake and electric instrument panel. In the entrance area at the end of car without hand brake there is wardrobe and box for provision of food. The car is equipped with original GP 200 bogies with disc brake.
The car is supplied with electric energy from main continuous line that provides power supply of central energy source and heating registers of air-conditioning device.

Restaurant car series WRmee 816

The four-axle fully air-conditioned comfort restaurant car of passenger transport is intended especially for European long-distance transport on all tracks of standard 1 435 mm track gauge with RIC supply voltage. The car is designed in such a way so as to meet the requirements of international transport at the same time with meeting of valid TSI standards of interoperability for noise, safety in the railway tunnels and for persons with reduced mobility – except for persons using wheelchair. In the dining part the seats are arranged opposite each other with 2+2, eventually 1+1 arrangement. For each double seat there is separate socket for PC available. The table in the entire length belongs to the seats. The light fixture is situated on each table. The passable longitudinal aisle is situated between the seats. In the bar part there are situated three chairs at the desk, there are 4 seats in 1+1 arrangement one after another next to window. The desk under the window is situated opposite the seats on the side of the car body. The kitchen part is situated in the middle of the car and is split into washing part, serving part, kitchen and buffet.

The first class passenger coach with a bar compartment of the type ARpeer is another one from the modernized series of passenger coaches. The passenger coach has been renewed from the old, put out of operation passenger coach. Within the frame of modernization the coach is renewed and refurbished to meet requirements of international transport. The side plates are replaced by the new ones. The electrical power supply is carried out from the high-voltage line by means of 3-systems central voltage source working in the voltage system according to the UIC – RIC. Heating, cooling and ventilation is provided by the air-condition unit. The bogies “Görlitz V” with a block brake have been modernized to the “Görlitz Vk” with a disc brake ones for the 160 km/hour speed. When required, different type of bogie could be installed.

Thanks to improvements to the design, new layout and interior, renewed coach incorporates some of latest industry safety modifications and it is bringing significant benefits to passengers in the express trains. The entrance door designed according to the UIC 560 as a pre-sliding one is situated in the 1.class compartment side. The hygienic module with the vacuum toilet system is located in the coach’s entry part. The automatic sliding door with the electrical-pneumatic control enables entering the 1. class compartment from the entrance. There are 24 seats in the 1. class compartment. The seats are set 2+1, one against the another with a gangway in the middle. The kitchenette is located in the middle of the coach. A corridor links the 1. class compartment with a bar. The bar, bar chairs and semicircular chairs with tables are placed in the bar part. The automatic sliding door makes the entry from the bar to the back-end of the coach possible. There are both the wardrobes and the ecological WC for personal situated there.
The passenger coach of the type ARpeer is made in compliance with all related regulations of UIC Standards for passenger coaches and their individual construction parts and can be assigned for RIC operation.

Restaurant and bufet railway coach WRRmeer

The passenger restaurant coach with dining compartment, kitchen and bistro compartment made by ŽOS Vrútky Jsc. was created by reconstruction of original coach of the type BRcm. It is designed so as to meet the requirements of international transport and interoperability for noise. Internal area of the coach is divided into two entrance areas (on both ends of the coach), dining compartment, kitchen and bistro compartment. The kitchen is situated in the middle of the coach and is separated by interconnecting gangway from dining compartment and bistro compartment. An entrance to the coach is possible through two pre-sliding doors situated at the end of the coach with hand brake. The passage between coaches is possible through double-wing sliding doors. An entrance to dining compartment and bistro compartment from both entrance areas is possible through sliding doors (hereinafter referred to as only interior doors).

The toilette with closed system, hand brake holder and electric instrument panel are situated in an entrance area at the end of the coach with hand brake. The wardrobe and the case for stocks are situated in an entrance area at the end of the coach without hand brake. In the dining compartment there are situated the tables with double-seats and single-seats that are arranged opposite each other, with an aisle passing through the middle of the coach. In the middle of the coach there is a kitchen and interconnecting gangway between dining compartment and bistro compartment. In the bistro compartment there is a desk for release of food transforming into longitudinal storage desk with bar chairs. An arc seating boxes with table are situated opposite the desk. The kitchen creates an independent unit lockable from both sides, it is completely equipped for food preparation. The supply of the coach with electric energy is provided from continuous high-voltage line by means of central energy source. The coach is equipped with original GP 200 bogies with disc brake.
The coach is intended for running on tracks with 1435 mm track gauge in the set with continuous line, high voltage power supply and air distribution by main and supply line. Type of environment for individual areas of the coach is specified by protocol according to STN EN 50125-1.

In terms of climatic and geographic conditions the coaches can be operated within temperature range from –30oC up to +40oC up to 1400 m height above sea level (class 1, according to STN EN 50125-1) and average annual relative air humidity up to 75 %.

Restaurant and Buffet railway coach - type WRReer

The restaurant and buffet coach “WRReer” is another one from the modernized coaches. The restaurant and buffet coach has been renewed from the old, put out of operation passenger coach. Within the frame of modernization the coach is renewed and refurbished to meet requirements of international transport. The side plates are replaced by the new ones. An entrance into a dining compartment from an entry part of the coach is provided by shifting doors with an electro-pneumatic control. The hygienic module with vacuum toilet system is located in the entrance part of the coach. The 3-system central voltage source provides electric power supply of the coach. Heating, cooling and ventilation are provided by an air-conditioning unit. Bogies “Görlitz V” with block brakes are modernized into bogies with disc brake “Görlitz Vk” for the speed of 160 km/h. The 2. class passenger coach with a service compartment of type BDsheer

The 2. class passenger coach with a service compartment – type BDsheer has been renewed from the old, put out of operation passenger coach. Within the frame of modernization the coach is renewed and refurbished to meet requirements of international transport. The side plates are replaced by the new ones. There are four 2. class compartments, one compartment for disabled passengers and a luggage room. The luggage room has shifting doors at the both sides of the coach. The coach is equipped with a lifting platform for handicapped people. In the back part of the coach, without a hand brake, is a room for staff. There is double wing door with an electro-pneumatic control in an adjacent part of the coach.The hygienic module with vacuum toilet system is located in an entry of the coach. There is a toilet next to the compartment for disabled, which is specially equipped to suit their needs. The 3-system central voltage source provides electric power supply of the coach. Heating, cooling and ventilation are provided by an air-condition unit. Bogies “Görlitz V” with block brakes are modernized into bogies with disc brake “Görlitz Vk” for the speed of 160 km/h. Steering and intermediate wagon öBB – Pinzgaubahn

The steering and intermediate wagons are intended for regional öBB – Pinzgaubahn tracks.
They are compatible to diesel locomotives and wagons used at these tracks. It is possible to use an integrated sets consisting of locomotive and steering wagon at the ends where an intermediate wagons are coupled between them in push-pull mode so it means without necessity to uncouple and turn the locomotives in the terminal stations.
The wagons with their design solution meet high requirements for transport of passengers on regional tracks. In an entrance and exit areas that are situated in the middle of each wagon the floor is lowered to platform level and this guarantees comfortable passengers getting on and getting off. This area creates 30 % of total area of wagon intended for passengers.

The wagons are equipped with VR 2007 bogies made by ŽOS Vrútky.
An entrance doors is double-wing – pre-sliding, electrically actuated. Ski holders, area for prams, holders for standing passengers, wheel-chairs and folding ramps for wheel-chairs of disabled people are installed beside entrance area.
An interior designed in modern way provides 47 eventually 48 fixed and 12 folding seats for passengers. The passengers have an optimal view to surrounding country through the large-area tinted windows. An electronic information system with lighting and acoustic announcement of individual stations, next train connections etc. is installed in the unit. The wagons are air-conditioned for comfort of passengers.

The steering and intermediate wagon is equipped with independent diesel engine with generator ensuring the power supply of air-conditioning in the relevant wagon at the same time with charging of batteries.

Repairs
 
ZOS Vrútky JSC carries out the revisions and overhauls of four-axled passenger coaches produced in Hungary, GDR and Vagonka Studenka. These activities are composed of repair and renovation, respectively replacement of damaged parts of passenger coaches.
