This enables us to provide repair and maintenance services for complete vehicles as well as individual mechanical and electrical systems – from routine and periodic repairs to comprehensive interventions based on the vehicle’s technical condition and the customer’s requirements.
Locomotives, multiple units, passenger and special-purpose coaches
We repair a wide range of rolling stock for both regional and long-distance services. Our expertise covers electric locomotives and multiple units, 1st and 2nd class passenger coaches, dining and sleeping coaches, as well as special-purpose railway vehicles.
Our capabilities range from repairs of individual structural and technical assemblies to comprehensive vehicle overhauls. These include repairs of carbodies, bogies, wheelsets, braking systems, compressors, electrical equipment, electronic systems and other components.
Motors, generators, transformers, windings and power electrical equipment
We repair both rotating and stationary electrical machines – from motors, alternators and dynamos to rotors, stators and windings, as well as traction and distribution transformers, reactors and other electrical equipment.
We carry out minor, periodic and major overhauls, including mechanical repairs, rewinding, refurbishment of shafts and bearing housings, manufacture of windings and subsequent testing.
Wheelsets, bogies, gearboxes and other mechanical assemblies
We provide repair and maintenance services for individual mechanical assemblies and components of rolling stock. Our specialized facilities enable us to repair bogies, wheelsets, gearboxes, compressors, air reservoirs and other components according to their technical condition and the customer’s requirements.
A dedicated part of our capabilities is wheelset repair for various types of rolling stock. We repair wheelsets for passenger coaches as well as powered rail vehicles, including locomotives. Our services include the repair and replacement of wheel tyres, monobloc wheels, wheel centres and axles for a wide range of wheelset designs.
For bogie repairs, we provide comprehensive cleaning, inspection and repair of frames, gearboxes, braking mechanisms and suspension systems. The process also includes non-destructive testing of suspension components, traction rods, wheelsets and bogie frames, functional testing after repair and surface treatment.
We also carry out welding work and repairs of damaged structural components in accordance with applicable European standards. In addition to standard repairs, we provide approved modifications and reconstruction of individual assemblies according to the customer’s requirements.
