ŽOS Vrútky a.s. has completed the development of its own railway bogie. Its creation is the result of months of design, calculations, testing, and validation. The new bogie is designed for speeds up to 200 km/h and has already proven its capabilities during test runs.
Developing our own bogie represents a major step forward for ŽOS Vrútky a.s. We have expanded our in-house technical know-how and gained greater independence in the development, manufacturing, and modernization of rolling stock. This enables us to respond more flexibly to customer requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions for various projects and tenders.
Our experts from multiple fields collaborated on the development, resulting in a proprietary technical solution that has already successfully passed initial testing and track trials.
The next step will be presenting it to industry professionals at InnoTrans in Berlin, one of the world’s premier rail transport trade fairs.
